Box Hill Institute
As an extended campus of Box Hill Institute, our trainees graduate with not only the KOTO certificate of completion, but also an internationally recognised hospitality accreditation.
This gives graduates the opportunity to work throughout the world and know their training will be recognised anywhere. It also gives trainees access to other benefits such as the Box Hill Institute alumni program.

Le Cordon Bleu
2008 saw the launch of the Le Cordon Bleu – KOTO Hospitality Tuition Scholarship, to be awarded periodically to a KOTO graduate.
The scholarship enables the recipient to study either a Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management or Restaurant Business at the Le Cordon Bleu School in Adelaide, Australia, or Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu School in Sydney, Australia.
In the 112 years of its existence, Le Cordon Bleu has become a global leader in hospitality education, with 30 international schools throughout 15 countries, which is why KOTO graduates are delighted to have the opportunity to attain further education there.

LA TROBE University
La Trobe will be a University known for its excellence and innovation in relation to the big issues of our time, and for its enthusiasm to make a difference.
The University has partnered with KOTO for international exchange and study programmes in order to broaden the horizons of its students, offering a unique learning opportunity and the chance to explore different cultures.

The Northern Sydney Institute
The Northern Sydney Institute, part of TAFE NSW, is one of Australia’s leading providers of vocational training and tertiary education.
In May 216, as part of the Outward mobility Program funded by the federal government, NSI students visited the KOTO Training Restaurants during a trip to Vietnam, experiencing the work done here at KOTO and learning about the the Know one, Teach one philosophy.

MACQUARIE University

RMIT University Vietnam
RMIT University Vietnam is an Asian campus of Melbourne-based University RMIT - Australia's biggest tertiary institution. RMIT Vietnam offers programmes from business and management to design and micro engineering, and boasts an impressive range of extra-curricular activities that encourage students to break new ground in their areas of interest.
Through ENACTUS, a world-recognized non-profit organization that creates global partnerships between businesses and higher education providers that empower university students to discover their full potential, a group of young, motivated RMIT University Vietnam students were able to work at KOTO and contribute to our holistic goals.
