ENTERPRISE
KOTO ENTERPRISE operates restaurants in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and also offers cooking classes and catering services that provide work experience for trainees, employment for graduates and a source of income for KOTO
TRAINING RESTAURANTS
KOTO has two training restaurants: KOTO Van Mieu in Hanoi & KOTO Kumho in Ho Chi Minh City. Both are well-known for their mix of traditional Vietnamese, Southeast Asian, and Western cuisine made from the freshest local ingredients.

We believe that marginalized and disadvantaged youth should have access to holistic and vocational development opportunities in a nurturing environment, where each family member builds self-confidence and is empowered to live a life of dignity and happiness.
Vision Statement
As a social enterprise we strive to provide positive change to the lives of street and disadvantaged youth. Our vision is to be increasingly internationally prominent and successful, allowing us to spread our vision to more communities. Wherever there is abandonment, neglect and abuse, we will be there.
