We have trained more than 600 youths from disadvantaged backgrounds, who are now employed in renowned restaurants 

and hotels throughout Vietnam and overseas.

Every six months we recruit up to 60 trainees between the ages of 16-22 to undertake a 24-month intensive programme in life skills, English language, and hospitality training ( front of house or kitchen).

We also provide training, employment, housing and empower trainees with the necessary skills to ensure they graduate as well-rounded self-confident young people ready to enter the workforce and actively participate in their community.
